Great service, took a little longer than expected but it was also during Christmas. They forgot to return my charger with my wand. I sent an email and received my charger in two days.

I have owned one of these vibrators for years, and can’t do without it. But this recent one I bought for my son and his wife. They have fallen in love with it as well. There are other good ones, and yet this one “hits the spot”!

This our second PureWave. The first finally gave out and will no longer hold a charge after probably 6 years of heavy use. This product is more expensive than many others but the difference in quality noticed immediately. Highly recommend!
