I have been a loyal customer for many, many years. The massagers have only gotten better and better, and the customer service is awesome. It's so wonderful to actually get a live person, ON THE PHONE, with accurate and helpful information. Delivery times are quick also. I cannot recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered my PURE-WAVE CM7 BODY & FACIAL massager Feb. 13, 2017, during a move I lost my charger. I was able to order a new charger and it works just fine!

I am so thankful for this product! It is powerful and easy to use! Clearly it is full of quality! I recently tore my hamstring and this was the most incredible therapy I could imagine! It's also great for my lower back pain and sciatica! I would highly recommend this purchase to anyone in need of a little TLC! I expect to be happily using this product for many years to come. Well worth every penny!

Great product! After 3 years, I accidentally broke mine & quickly learned I can't live without it. Bought another one & life is good again!

We purchased as a gift so cannot review the features. It’s nicely organized in a sturdy case. Looks well made, sleek design with attachment options. It was shipped & received in a timely way.

Had 2 of the earlier units, worked well for years. Time goes on and they finally passed on. Thought to try the newer version and so far they are much improved than the older ones. The earlier units were great for their time. These 2 units the gen 2 are definitely more powerful the stall force greater they go longer on a charge. I like the power button better as you don’t change the setting while using it. It also has a better reach for shoulder and middle back. I don’t really have any negatives to report thus the 5 stars. Thank you Pure Wave.

Your product is great but the shipping is terrible. I paid for two days and it took me five to get it. I wasn’t very happy.

I want to return this item. Your website is not allowing me to create a return label. I have called several times about this and have not received a call back. I want to return it.
