My massager was under warranty. Contacted them because it had been rattling for months and it became annoying to use. Submitted a warranty ticket through their website. After several days, I received a response. I followed up immediately. No response. 7 days, 10 days, I continued to follow up. Nothing. Finally got a response over a month later stating they never assigned my ticket to an agent. Once I responded to that email, a warranty claim initiated: I sent the unit back and they promptly sent me a new one. The rep who finally handled the replacement, was quick to respond to inquiries and resolve my issue.

I got my purewave Gen II and the percussion mode was great.
I don’t feel much when it is operated under the vibration mode. So I returned the purewave to get a replacement thinking there was something wrong. The return was fast and the replacement came back quick. However, I still think the vibration mode was not very strong and the lack of vibration. That is why only 4 out 5.
