This is my second one. Unfortunately, the battery ran down and it was more logical to buy a new one rather than the awkward battery replacement. Got a good deal on a new one. This is a very good product.

This company is so gracious and helpful. My I've had my purewave for years, and it has been helping my sore muscles, it's amazing. One day I noticed it just wasn't charging, so I emailed them, and they got right back to me with a return label so I could replace it. I sent it out, and realized I was using the wrong charger. Even though it was my mistake, they still replaced the charger, and I am able to use my pure wave again. I am so thrilled, and completely satisfied with customer service. I appreciate them so much. Thank you!

Excellent; however, if there is one area for improvement, it would be the device's weight. Holding it becomes tiring during neck and head massages.
