Not happy that the product page said free shipping but then I was charged over 4 dollars for shipping at checkout. I went ahead with the order because I need the charger, but I feel ripped off

The tools for the micro-vibration end pop off; wish there were varied vibration pulses rather than the steady pulse; the placement of the speed dial interferes with holding the item, so the intended use is not consistent.

I've lived with Chronic Pain for 20+ yrs as a result of 6 Motor Vehicle Accidents, (not my fault) 76 Falls due to Nerve Damage sustained in those MVAs. I developed Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis and OsteoArthritis. Then in 2006 I was diagnosed with Lupus SLE... All these body conditions with so much inflammation & pain going on... I was desperate for some relief that would give me a few pain free days so I could just feel normal.
That's what I got after only 1 week of using the Gen 2 Purewave Massager daily on my large muscle groups, my lowback & upper back. The relief I got just on my neck was life changing. I haven't had a headache in 2 weeks!!
"Yes..Yes..Yes..I'm a total believer!"

I have been a fan of the PADO Pure Wave massager for years! This is my 3rd time purchasing one and the new features add more nuanced functionality and advanced options for a variety of massage techniques and increased relief from the muscle tightness and stress that results from a busy and active life.
