Everything came on time and the case is great the letter inside was a surprise not many companies take the time to really know how people hurt and feel. PS I brought 2 other products like yours both broke. 100% 👍

Impressed by the quick turnaround from order to delivery. Received the pure wave and have been using on my husband for his back and neck pain. He feels better the next day after using the night before. So far working good!
