Pado stands behind their products. I will remember that in the future and share it with my friends. BTW, I heard of the product on Bob and Brad, the two physical therapists on YouTube.

I’ve been very impressed with my new PureWave massage unit. Lots of power, easy to use, and my golf-induced muscle pains are receding into memory. I’ve made it part of my daily stretching and exercise routines and look forward to years of pain relief and muscle relaxation.

I have been suffering from the fibromyalgia and facet arthritis
So I live with the pain 24/7. as you can imagine just how happy see your product. It has been helping with my pain.
For that matter, I purchased second one for my sister who has the back problems.
I have to say big thank you to my pure wave.

Customer service was great when I had to return the massager! Nothing was wrong with it and I plan to re-order it at another time. I am going through a divorce, so I had return a few things to different stores! She was kind and all went smooth. Much appreciated in this hard time I am going through! :)
