Ship me a defective charger and I have to wait to get a replacement when the return label is ground shipping. Ridiculous customer service.

I had loaned my Pure Wave to my sister who returned it with no power cord. I have waited for her to find it or replace it for nearly a year. I need my PureWave for plantar fasciitis and the dysfunction in my knees, hips and all the ligaments and muscles in between. Once you’ve used a Pure Wave nothing else will do. Pure Wave is an expensive brick without a power cord, so I went straight to the source and replacing the cord was inexpensive and quickly sent and received. I appreciate not having to buy a generic replacement but the original power cord. Thanks Pure Wave / Pado!
PS Don’t loan your unit to anyone!

A couple of the attachment are not threaded as nd won’t work wimpy until. I wasn’t able to see the connection spots on the website so I had to take a chance. They won’t work for me . They must be for another model.

4 months over warranty ended my PUREWAVE dies and can’t be charged. I am told they can’t help any longer, thought we were FAMILY ???
The batteries can’t be replaced and the unit is garbage (literally) so they suggest I just buy another $150
massager, are you rich ??
