Love it! Wand is nice and long, so I can reach all areas of my back. I found it helpful to massage my lower back every night before going to bed, and again first thing when I get up. Loosens things up nicely and relieves stiffness.

I've reached out to you guys several times for warranty replacement. The unit that you sent me is defective. Nobody has reached out to me yet and there is no phone number available to call for customer service. You are stuck either emailing them or using their forms for communication which they apparently don't read.

I love the product but it is very hard to contact anyone. You need a chat that you can chat back and forth quickly or you need a phone number

Ordering went easily; received promptly; packaging impressive. Not pleased with the sharpness of the “fingered” 6 petal massage head. Much sharper than my original Purewave my hubby bought for me from Riteaidvover a decade sgo

Too bulky/large and unwieldy to use on my own shoulder and neck. I would prefer to have one that fit in my hand for better manipulation - - more palm size even is heavy.

Can’t get through a day without the help of my Pure Wave!

Fast, efficient with Amazon pay. We have 2 massagers and they are in use daily. We love them.
