I bought the Gen II for my husband for Christmas and we both have loved it! I had purchased the CM-05 several years back and wanted another. They both work wonderfully! I love the different attachments that come with the Gen II. Great purchase and highly recommend! We’ve used the first massager through several sicknesses and it was a life saver with headaches, sinus problems and coughing. Never regretted this purchase!

The previous purchases ( at least 6) went very well. The recent attempted purchase went to a different source by your company. It failed. I had to reorder and the process was drawn out a long time before the Purewave was delivered. I was not happy with that incident.

My daughter and I have both owned one for several years. Great for achy back and muscles. The most recent purchase was for my mom who has horrible chronic back pain and it’s been helping with that! Also, hopefully customer service is still great but we had an issue with one early on and they replaced it. Would recommend.

I was introduced to the PureWave massager by my massage therapist as a tool to use to help relieve a painful lower back between my scheduled massages.
I have been thrilled with the relief I can get from a muscle spasm or cramp. This device is easier to use that a trigger point gun and works much better. I ended up buying a second one for my daughter who works at a computer every day. She now is using hers daily to relax the neck and shoulder muscles. My friend had a sore neck and I used mine on her and she promptly ordered one and uses it daily, too.
There is a two year Warrenty that the company stands behind with excellent customer support, too. Once you try this massager, there is no going back. It outperforms them all.
