Very quick shipping. I have only used one of the attachments so far to apply cream, and it worked wonderfully.

I like the product but I don't get a good workout. I strictly need a massager for my lower back and my sciatica. Two big to do this.

Excellent product. We have been able to stop going to chiropractor for monthly adjustments since purchasing our pure wave almost three years ago. We use twice daily for shoulder and back pain. Don't know what we would do without it.

I have not received my massager yet since Fed Ex delivered to the wrong place. However, when I emailed Pado about it they responded within 24 minutes and immediately sent out a new massager for me! Customer support was very friendly and helpful!

A friend borrowed mine, then asked me to order her one [she does not do online shopping] She is very happy with her purchase.

It’s great. Love that it was just one hour to charge it.

It’s power didn’t last any longer than her old CM7 Massagers do and didn’t seem to be any difference in use.
Plus, it has a worthless Bag and no Charging Stand. This is unsatisfactory.
So I returned this Massager

These Purewave Massagers are wonderful. We have used them for years and have nothing but good things to say. They helped my husband recover from brain surgery twice. I use them for general muscle soreness and for a sore lower back. I watch and use the recommended videos and find them all helpful. Great purchase. We love them and now have one for me and one for my husband.

The purchase process was very fast and there was no problem with the delivery. It should be added that I am dissatisfied with the company because a few years ago I bought the same massager and due to the depletion of the battery I had to discard it because it is not possible to replace it. So I had to buy a new one. It does not seem fair to me that there is no possibility to replace the battery and avoid unnecessary expense. It is also fair to add that they gave me a small discount for the purchase.
