My shopping experience was good and I got the item before the expected time. The product really worked well for my deep tissue issue.

I love the product. However, the second day of using it. It was defective. I did request my money back. The rep. Was very kind answered my questions bc I want the product. She explained there are no refurbished products can be defective. Have 90 dys return plus 2 yr. Warranty and I have one yr. Additional warranty. Therefore, I will try the product again. The rep. Was thorough, efficient and attentive to my needs. So, I’m willing to give it a go. I gave extra point for the rep. Product is good unless of course it’s defective wasn’t counting on the next day it stopped working.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their product!!! I had a slight problem with my charging cord and they immediately shipped out a new one. I have had this Pruewave for over a year and there were no questions asked. This might be the best customer service I’ve ever received. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Excellent customer service! My issue was resolved promptly and professionally. The product is amazing, my husband and I give each other massages pretty much daily. We couldn’t be happier with the massager or the customer service, thank you!!! I have bought three of the massages as gifts already.
