Love the service, love the products. Only thing I'd change is the migraine tip needs to screw on because with regular use it stretches out and falls off. If it's used professionally, it's kind of a problem. If that were fixed, I'd give it a 10+

I absolutely love my pure wave. Use it everyday. Was in a car accident and have muscle spasms that clamp down on my sciatic nerve. This is a God send in relieving the spasms. THANK YOU!!!! My cat stole my thumb attachment could not find it so I looked to get a new one. Ended up ordering all new attachments. Came super quick. Was easy to order easy to follow.

Recently had an issue with our old one and it was just outside the 2yr warranty. They replaced it, which was very unexpected and amazing. It is a slightly different model, but we aren't complaining at all. Love the massager and the company.

I love the sports version! It gets a lot deeper than the original and as a sonographer, it's exactly what I need to work out those scanning knots. Thank you!
