This is my 3rd PureWave, so I'm obviously a loyal customer. The quality is outstanding. I wish I didn't have to replace it every two years (due to battery life), but I do give it a real workout, using it almost every day.

Tesa Adams has been great to work with during a problem I encountered in receiving my order. I can't say enough good things about how she handled my situation. I am very pleased that I was able to get to work with her to get a problem resolved.

So happy I made this purchase. It's so easy to use. Love the videos with tips on how to use. I'm not able to pay for weekly massages to help with my sciatic nerve issues so this really paid for itself in 2 visits. Worth every penny.
