Product arrived as expected and very timely. The unit is a quality unit I have used before, so this is a third purchase of this unit.

My pure wave had stopped working and thought it was the charger cord but it’s still not charging right. It’ll come on but stops when I try to use it. Anything else I can do

Purchase, checkout, and site navigation was a breeze but I didn’t like that I had to pay $15 and all I ordered was a tiny plastic massage piece. Don’t get me wrong it works great but it was a lot for something so small.

They definitely gave the Pure-Wave the right name, because you can Purely-Wave the pain away!

I like it, but better when my Chiropractor used it on my back muscles. I’m still trying to find a comfort speed for me.
