Very pleased with the way Pure Wave handled our inquiry. Our warranty had expired within a couple of months and the massager started failing on holding a charge. I called and spoke with a very kind and helpful person who spoke with her staff and they sent us a new unit. My wife and I surely appreciated what Pure Wave did for us. I was very thankful that my unit was fully replaced, backed my the 2 year warranty. I was a week away from the expiration date, when I noticed my unit had stopped charging fully. I notified them and they replaced it with no hesitation. I was very excited to know I was covered. Had it not been eligible under the warranty, I was prepared to purchase another unit. I don't ever want to be without my Pado. I had a 4 day road trip and had to use it often, so my legs didn't lock up. I would have never made it 2000 miles without it. It is truly a remarkable piece of equipment.
