Great customer service

Cara was wonderful on the phone. And since I was already familiar with my Purewave massager, I knew I would like the new one with more features. It arrived and I am so happy with it.

I ordered a product. The next thing I know I got a notice saying that the shipping was canceled. No other information other than that. Kind of freaked me out because I didn’t ask for it to be canceled. I contacted customer service in three different ways with absolutely no response from anyone. Then the product came in the mail. Turns out they canceled FedEx and sent it by Postal Service but didn’t inform me. That’s the most basic thing you could ever do. If you change the shipping you let the customer know. So no, I am not pleased with this company. But the product was great.

I’ve been using a Pure Wave massager for years. I just purchased the Gen II and it is fantastic. I particularly like all the attachments and the ability to fine-tune the power. Pure Wave has made it possible for me to continue running into my 50’s.

The massager itself is very nice while it lasts. It's a strong handheld, rechargeable massager that is fairly easy to use in my neck and shoulders. I'm on my 4th massager however in less than 5 years. My first one lasted almost 2 years then broke so I was able to get a replacement which didn't even last 6 months. That one was no longer under warranty because it was considered under the warranty of the first one which doesn't make sense since I received a new product. I had to replace that one with a stronger model which randomly stopped charging and I had this one less than a year. Now I'm on the replacement which I hope lasts longer but I don't have high hopes. If the product lasted like longer, I'd give it a higher rating because I used to recommend these products until they kept breaking in such a short time frame. I use mine regularly and would love to recommend it but until they start lasting longer, I won't be able to recommend. Also, the last return was more of a hassle with having to find my old box it was in and printing out a a label. The previous return was much easier because a new one was sent to me and I returned the broken one in that box with the label that was sent.
