I had an issue with my CM07 where it would not charge. Spoke to customer support through email and chat. Had a warranty replacement within a few days as well as a return label for the defective device. Love companies that honor their warranty and respond quickly. Very happy customer.

I had a wonderful experience ordering. I only encountered one problem in that I received TWO EXTENDED Warranties on the product, but this was quickly corrected by "Extend".
I bought this massager as a gift and the receiver is THRILLED with the product. Thank you for selling an excellent product.

This is our 2nd Purewave! We liked the first a lot but after a while it worked only once in a while. The company gave us 15 per cent off a new one since the warranty expired. We enjoy the new one and like the upgrades!
