My ex-husband had given me the Pure Wave for Christmas a few years back because I'm constantly having neck pain and sometimes little knots in my back. We went through a divorce and I packed my Pure Wave and he must have kept the charger, just for plain meanness. I have tried and tried to find another charger that would fit it but wasn't able to. I don't know why I didn't think to simply go to the website and order a new one! DUH! I now have a charger that works and I am able to use the Pure Wave again on myself. I must admit, it felt so much better when someone else is using it for you so you don't have to do the work ... just lay there and enjoy!!

My new one works better than the last one which stopped working after a year and a half; Each charge only lasted about two minutes. By the time I did anything about it, the two-year warranty was about to expire. I kept waiting for the newer model to become available, but it didn’t. So I bought the old one. That’s where I stand.

I like my massager however when I operate it there is a rattling sound like a lose screw inside,

Thank you for your prompt response to address my concerns. This thing is fantastic. I have some nerve damage and this thing hits deep. My buddy is in the same boat as me so thought I'd gift him some relief.

This is my second PureWave. It's the best tool for a single person who doesn't have someone to massive tired sore muscles. I looked at others and some were more expensive, less expensive but I decided to go with the one that worked best for me for over 5 years.
