We love our massager. Unfortunately, it stopped charging after a year, so we reached out to the company. Without hesitation, they sent us a new one with a paid return label to send back the old one. We got it quickly and are once again enjoying our massager. I highly recommend the product and company.

Love my pure wave. I have recommended to many. The first one I bought is now residing at my daughters house so I had to get a new one! Can't live without it.

I do like it but, no need to buy the 2 in 1.. for the vibration side is weak .

I have waited to review because I really wanted to try the device. It is just what I needed to help ease my soreness after I work out and between work outs. This will be my go-to device for my body maintenance routine.

This item works fantastically! The battery wasn’t holding a charge so I contacted the manufacturer. The item was approximately 19 months old and they honored the 2 year warranty! The exchange process was very smooth,

Received promptly. Exactly as represented. Handle is long enough to reach everywhere, and has a rubberized coating so very easy to maintain your grip and control. I am enjoying using this and it seems to be well made so looking forward to using it for a long time. The how to videos are a great add on.
