After 10-15 minutes it shuts off and the battery charge only last for about 40 minutes total. Not sure what I am doing wrong. :(

Your customer support was excellent. I never had a company make it so easy to receive a warranty replacement. No questions except for color change on the product due to availability. I had no issue receiving a different color of the same amazing product. Thank you!

I am just beginning to use the vibrator and it is too soon to know if it is helping activate my weak leg muscles! I am very hopeful!

My massager was older than I had thought. I spoke with the company. Jaclyn explained everything to me. Jaclyn offered me a new unit at a lovely discount. I am grateful. I received the new unit in just a couple days' time. Thank you Jaclyn

I feel the price was a bit high for a replacement plug/ charger. I take great care of my massager And plug and don’t feel it should have not worked properly so soon.

I needed to replace a missing charger. I got a response to my email request in less than 24 hours. The link led me directly to where I could buy a new one. I shipped within a day or so of ordering. I’m back up, and running again, with a great product!
