I contacted Pado Inc to inquire about whether it was possible to replace the rechargeable battery as the massager would cut off after only a couple minutes. Jaclyn responded promptly with instructions to reset the battery. Unfortunately, that didn't work. Jaclyn then told us that she would send us a new unit free of charge with a pre-paid label to return the old one. We received the new unit quickly and have returned the old one. This was a fantastic customer service experience. We will not hesitate to order again from Pado!

I had my Purewave massager for just under 2 years. It quit charging properly. I emailed Pado, with my complaint and asking if I needed to buy and replace a battery, not really expecting a reply. The next day they returned my email asking for my shipping address so they could ship a new massager to me. Really? They weren't asking for testimony, or asking me to fill out a long form for review? Nope. Just wanted my address. Within a few days I had a brand new massager. I honestly don't remember ever ever (but for sure not in the last 2 years) have a customer service rep respond so quickly and make everything right. Highly recommend this product and company.

I have used the Gen II everyday since I received it. I find that I really does loosen up the tight muscle areas. I watched the videos they sent as to excercises to do with the Gen II. It would be really nice if these came in booklet form so you wouldn't have to refer to the computer. It would be nice for those who do not have computers or Smart Phones.

This is my 5th massager I’ve purchased from Pado. I purchased myself one years ago and both my daughters were always hogging it so I purchased them each one. Then I had overnight guests who saw me using mine and asked to use it. The next time I went to use it it wouldn’t take a charge do I purchased a new updated one. I went on fishing trip for Thanksgiving and ( at my age of 65 ) I was sore after up and down in the boat all day for a week .I used my pro massager each night and my brother -in-law tried it and loved it. I purchased another pro for him for early Christmas gift. He works in cement on out of town jobs and says he loves it… has carrying case and he takes it everywhere !!!
