This has a lot of great features, but wish there was even a lower pulse setting.

Customer service is good and helpful. She assisted me in replacing the product (bought last year) due to possible battery drain issue. Got the product in couple of weeks...

Prior to ordering this replacement, I emailed multiple times to see if there was anyway not to receive the attachments as I have so many from prior orders. No one ever replied to my emails.
FedEx was horrendous in delivering this product. They gave a date and then said they had no idea when it would arrive. It came 10 days after it was originally supposed to arrive.
The product works as advertised although I have only had it for two days.

I have used a Pure Wave for probably five years, ever since being introduced to it’s use as part of my regular acupuncture treatment. I use it primarily to address acupressure points in the hands and feet just prior to bedtime for a restful night’s sleep. I also find it very helpful to relieve nerve sensations in the sides of my upper legs. A very beneficial self-help tool indeed!
