I would give this unit 5 stars but it is not running 100% It will beep and shut down after 12-13 minutes. If not for that issue, I would highly recommend this product. I am bone on bone in my knee. The units really helps the muscles relax which reduces the pain level

This is the second pure wave we’ve purchased. We have one at the house, and I purchased this new model to take on the road. The new additional attachments are nice, I’d like to see some more optional attachments.
This was a quick ship, and the same quality we’ve grown to expect from pado
The new case was a welcome surprise.

100% recomendable.

I left several messages by phone and email and only received your response that you received the email. I had to call again to finally speak to someone who was very helpful in resolving my problem
