I bought the Purewave GEN II model about a month ago on a friend's recommendation; her chiropractor uses it in his office and she purchased one to use at home. I really thought it would be yet another expensive gadget that would end up laying around and not getting used. I am happy to say that I was totally wrong. I have tightness in my neck/shoulder area and lower back constantly. This is the first thing I have found that can get rid of it and leave me feeling as though I just walked out of my chiropractor's office. I am really amazed at how hard I can press on trigger points and the machine doesn't stop working. I would give the GEN II massager 10 stars if I could!

While it was here quickly, they sent the wrong set of heads for my type Pado. :( I submitted a return request however I just got an email that said to leave messages above "this" line. No follow up and no additional responses. I cannot use the parts they sent me, I need what I already paid for. As far as the Pado Pure Wave I have, everyone in my house loves it which is why I needed new heads. It is amazing.

Massager is rather weak. Would rather have had a dual mode one. Post purchase the emails are incessant and don’t stop after opting out. They alone irks me enough to want to return this out of spite. One more email and I will.

I am very surprised at the lack of customer service because when I first bought the original massager a few years back and had a problem, it was quickly resolved. The sports massager shut off on me after 16 min., and the attachment section is hot to the touch, so I haven't used it enough to know if it's good. I followed directions for an exchange through their website, received no response. Called 4 days later, received no call back. Sent a second request for exchange through their website and still NO RESPONSE! Very poor customer service

Pado is a company who stand behind their products. This is my third massager and the sports one is the bomb. I had some places that were stuck that I just could not get with the other two (one the first that they came out with and the second gen II which are very good) but this one with that long pointy tip came to the rescue. Having fibro and muscle problems, these massagers keep me moving. I love the new one, but my husband can't stand the power of it so he is getting the oldest one, which is gentler for him and more his speed. We are a happy family.
