Replacement was really appreciated. Customer service was great. Thanks

Powerful and Effective !

Its a very good product.I definitely recommend it

Love it Love it Love it 😊

I can honestly say after purchasing all three models, the CMX is by far the most powerful. I think not having to waste energy and design on a vibrating benefit, the team has really created a smaller (slightly) product which delivers a better massage when compared to its predecessors.

I did a comparison of all three and the CMX does provide a deeper and stronger percussion massage when compared to the other models.

If I can, I am going to try and get a second one for my family members and I will definitely be telling my golfing students about this. It may sound sill but after walking 18 holes on a hilly golf course the CMX definitely did the job my making recovery faster.

I had some issues with my Wave massager and I sent an email to the support team. They replied back and offered a free replacement. They sent me a new one with a return label. It was painless and quick process. I am very impressed and satisfied with the whole process. Thanks

I asked you guys twice to cancel this order. And you guys never did. You shipped and delivered it anyways so I am not happy and I will not buy another pure wave machine ever

I love the purewave so much I ordered one for my mom for Mother's Day. It gets all of the kinks out at home, and is easy to operate!

My pure wave broke within warranty period and was replaced no questions asked. That is very good customer treatment.

This is the 2nd Pado massage tool I've ordered. The first was for me and the 2nd is a present for a friend. I love it. Great product and company. Would buy again from them.

Still waiting to hear from PADO reference a defective unit. I finally had to buy another unit as I need it for my firefighting due to a leg injury. It helps tremendously and I cannot understand why nobody will get back to me? I have left phone and email messages.

This is worth every penny! My massage therapist (and good friend) recommended this product for my shoulder pain in between massages and it has helped immensely! I work 10 hours per day in a warehouse and always have muscle pain. I have been taking less over the counter pain meds since using this, thankfully. Shipping was also very quick from when I placed the order!

I have no words. This is the the best thing invented. This massager has managed to work out any kinks and pain that I had. I highly recommend this product

excellent service and product

Product is superb! I love it so much when I use it - it removes all the aches and pains in my body which relaxes me and put me to sleep. The first unit began malfunctioning, emailed the customer service and they sent me a new one the same day... Great customer service...

I love my PureWave massager. The attachments for breaking up scar tissue has helped amazingly. I also have been so impressed with their customer service after one of the attachments broke. I sent them an email explaining my dilemma and without any hesitation in hey sent a replacement at no charge to me. They have been wonderful to work with and very fast.

Pleased with the product.

Extremely happy with my purchase!! In fact my grown children would look for it every time the came to visit, so I bought all three of them one as a gift. Scored huge with this surprise gift!! My 12 year old grandson also uses this and loves it.

does not work as advertised. again, just another expensive high speed vibrator.

Delivered quickly! I have the previous model CM07 which I liked but a couple things were quite disappointing with that model. It stalled out very easily in percussive mode when more pressure was applied to the area with the unit, and the vibration attachments for face etc fell off the nib at the end all the time. This model has addressed these issues nicely. The stall out with percussion does not occur nearly as easily when more pressure is applied. It will still stall but it takes substantial more force to stall it. The calibration button for adjusting mode/speed is great. The CM07 would just zip up and down if you accidentally nudged it and this does not. IT stays put until you adjust! Love that! Overall the massager is not more powerful but it is more controllable in everyway, with vibrating ends for face etc staying nicely in place, much less likelihood of stall out ( thank you!!!!! ) and a more stable control setting. I have a Theragun Pro which I use when I need to jackhammer stuff, but the Purewave is great for getting to troubled areas very effectively without all the jolting etc which can be a bit stressful with the gun. Plus the Purewave is much quieter and great for using at night to sooth the body before sleep. It's strong enough to work out the knots and soothing enough to quietly relax you depending on your need. I'm an RN/LMT deep tissue/corrective massage therapist and use this on clients daily when a fist or elbow is too much for sensitive areas and clients love it. Strong but soothing. Great improvements and well worth the purchase!!
