My Gen2 Pure Wave Massager was shipped promptly, and arrived in perfect condition. I love it, it's just the thing I need after exercising, and to wind down before bed.

I was replacing the plug adaptor. It was still under warranty so the sent a new one with no problems. I got the paid foot new wave for my mother who has diabetes to help stimulate her feet and legs!!

this one does operate as well as the first one I purchased 3+ years ago from you. The like is yellow instead of green and the dial doesn't work as well. The vibration is stronger though and that is a plus. I would have asked to return this one but I got it caught in the leg part of my recliner and tore the rubber a little bit. My first one still works but the gray rubber keeps slipping down while I use it. Going to use a bit of duck tape tor that one. I'm glad that I have PrueWave, it helps my muscle skeletal issues a lot.

Excellent customer service! I had an issue with my Purewave and as instructed, contacted them by email. The reply was immediate and within a week I have a new replacement! This company stands behind its product for sure. The massage accessories are fabulous - perfect for many areas of tight, stressed muscles.

We love it!! I wished we would’ve bought it sooner because it’s better than what they use at the chiropractor.
