I have 2 of your CM-07 massagers, one older one and the new one. I am unhappy with the fact that the new ones automatically turns itself off after 15 minutes. I use it for 10 minutes on one foot and 10 minutes on the other and it turns itself off in the middle of the 2nd foot treatment. I'm an adult and am able to turn my massager off when my 20 minutes time frame is up, and it's inconvenient to either try to remember to turn it off after 10 minutes and then restart it for the 2nd foot, or to have it shut off on me half way through my time.

I mostly use this massager for my low back and hips. I think it works great.The large massaging end is built robustly and handles any massaging challenge I give it. I use the other vibration end less often but it is also well made. The battery life is also impressive. I can do lots and lots of 5-10 minute daily sessions without losing any massage power. I plug it in once a week and have not run out of power. If you had me guess on total usage, I would say 1.5 to 2 hours a week.
$150 is a lot for me to spend on a device like this. But after reading extensive reviews on similar products, I chose the Pado Pure Wave Gen II because I thought it would work like a professional, high-end unit. And it does! I am very pleased with it.

It is frustrating that no one answers calls or returns voicemails. It's so much easier to just call to order since it usually takes up to a few weeks for an email to be responded to. I don't understand why you had us sign up for and make a login for the distributer site if it doesn't even work. We were also disappointed that you guys got stopped selling the CM5 & CM7+ massagers without any notice. We had people waiting for us to get more in stock who were upset that once we got more in stock, they only had the option of purchasing the more expensive GENII version.
