I received this trigger as a Christmas gift and I was impressed the moment I installed it and was baffled when I took it out to the range. BUT I must warn anyone that is planning to purchase this. There is a small pin that hold a spring that prevents trigger slop, this pin can slip out at any time if you're not careful! I recommend before installing it, you take a small prick punch and put an indent next to the pins insert as shown in the picture to prevent the loss of the tiny pin.

I didn't even know that someone made an aftermarket trigger for the Marlin 1895 and 1894 until a customer at the firearms store where I work recommended Ranger Point Precision. The 6.5 pound trigger pull on my Marlin 1895 45-70 had been my only complaint about the gun. But I ordered the silver trigger from Ranger Point Precision, and it only took me about 20 to 30 minutes with their website's instructional video to install it (and I'm most definitely not a gunsmith). I'm going to put a trigger pull gauge on it, but my initial impression is that it is indeed around 3.5 pounds, and very crisp as well. The serrated trigger face is a bonus. I've already ordered another one for my Marlin 1894 44 Magnum. Keep up the great work!

Winchester 94 Butt Stock Takedown Screw (black)

The quick takedown screw allows me to put my M94 Trapper model in the case I bought for my 10/22 with a folding stock. There's plenty of room to spare, and a standard 20" barrel would fit just as well as my 16" barrel. And the round sight slot filler looks a whole lot better than what I had in there before. It was a VERY loose fit, but I tightened up the dovetail with a hammer and brass drift. Instead of fitting it to the barrel, I let it stick out just a hair on each side so I didn't have to refinish it.

This S&W 1854 upgrade is not only cosmetic, but enhances the shooting experience. This stock is very well built and easy to install. The ability to add quivers and a cheek riser is amazing! I have two now, one for my .44 Mag and one for my .357. The pad is built to reduce the recoil from both calibers, not that either caliber has that much recoil, but it is nice and reduces it. I am very pleased with these purchases, and looking forward to supporting Ranger Point Precision with additional purchases in the future! (Waiting on the .357 quivers to come back in stock)
