I really like the looks and feel of my 2 re builds. One is my marlin, the other is my winchester I got from my grandfather before he passed, that's why I kept the wood stalk. Kinda something old and new to a piece I treasure. Thanks for ranger point to do this to bring the great lever guns into the future.

Marlin Trigger Black
Fast delivery. easy installation. Trigger pull 2 pounds.
In the past I have used Wild West triggers in my Marlins. After reading the comments in the Marlin Forum I decided to try a Ranger Point trigger. After installation the trigger pull was only 2 pounds. Too light for a hunting gun. I replaced it with a Wild West trigger and the pull is 3 1/2 pounds.
I will use the Ranger Point trigger in another marlin with a 6 pound trigger pull and see how it does in that gun.

Thank you for responding to my review. I am aware of the factors that can effect trigger pull. The gun started at 6 1/2 pounds. there were no alterations to the sear or hammer spring. After installing the trigger the pull was 2 pounds. With the WW trigger it is now 3 1/2.
I plan on installing the RPP trigger in another Marlin I have with a 6 1/2 pound pull. I will keep you posted.
Thanks again for the response.
