Kit greatly reduces trigger pull and creep. I polished contact points to further smooth it out and I highly recommend it. Only gripe would be the “flat trigger” part. It’s not really a flat trigger shoe like you would find on a drop in AR15 trigger but it is nicer than factory

Rifle Dovetail Sight Filler Blank (black nitride coated)

I've long considered doing an NFA Form 1 (short-barreled rifle) on my Marlin Camp 45, and recently decided to go ahead and pull the trigger (pun intended) on that project. The Camp Carbine barrel has been cut back to 10" (after receiving the approved paperwork) and threaded 5/8X24 for a SilencerCo Octane 2.0 suppressor. The open rear-sight dovetail looked a bit unsightly so I purchased a Ranger Point Precision .850" dovetail filler that is nicely pre-profiled. I went with stainless steel for a bit of contrast and to match the stainless thread protector.
Superb fitment of the dovetail filler was obvious, and I had it installed in virtually no time. I used a toothpick to spread out the drop of red Loctite into the crevices of the dovetail to secure the filler in place. Saved much time, and the headache of attempting to fit a conventional dovetail filler plug. Way too much opportunity to mar the fine finish of a barrel while using a Mill file to sculpt the old-style filler to match the barrel profile.

Well, I went to remove the safety, but your Allen wrench was too small for the screw. It took a while to figure that out. I would have preferred the loading gate to be shinier to match the receiver. The safety plug, too,The trigger was a real pain to put in. I am glad that I replaced the take down screws. Of course, I made my orders and forgot about my discount - again. The muzzle break matches the barrel, it went on perfectly, and it looks great.

I recently purchased and installed this Ranger Point M-LOK aluminum handguard on my Marlin 1895 45-70 rifle. I really like the look of this handguard and it feels quite solid and comfortable to hold. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an aluminum M-LOK forearm. Installation was very straight forward. The hardest part was removing the original wood forearm.

Marlin Lever Action Loading Gate - Flyweight Fast, Easy, Smooth
Nice product, it does have less tension for inserting cartridges. I still find that my thumb gets bit after inserting the 3rd cartridge and it’s still difficult for me to load a full magazine tube. It’s definitely better than the factory gate. I would recommend this product.
