Installed the modified Gate Receiver for my Marlin 336C. The take down vid wasn't bad considering they use an 1894 as the choice vs. gun specific ( 336C has two more screws and a different trigger block) otherwise good. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I was actually able to load 6 rds quickly without having my thumb nail and cuticle ripped off as was par for the course anytime I loaded my 30-30 by the time i got past rd 12. Previously anytime at the range was a pain because to get beyond 20rds loaded and fired caused bleeding and pain to the point of not wanting to even take it out of the case. I've used electrical tape, duct tape and a rubber thimble trying to get beyond the gate. So far so good I'm actually looking forward to going to the range with more than the one box. I'll update my review after the range test but so far it was a BIG improvement. Good job!

The Steyr L9 Pistol already is a low recoil pistol. As some of the other reviews state, I also shoot the L9 for comps. This guide rod works great. Calling it the Recoil Assembly Steel Firing Pin Guide Rod is a bit much - need to leave out the words "Firing Pin" as it's a bit misleading. Other than that, there are many happy recoils to be had by installing this guide rod in your long Steyr.

I tried several big loop levers including the Wild West Guns version. NONE of them worked without major filing and gunsmith work. Ranger point was the last attempt and I did not have much hope. However, it dropped in my Marlin and worked perfectly without ANY tinkering! The workmanship is superior to the other brands. Don't hesitate to buy this! Much more comfortable action than the factory lever and room for your gloved hand.

At my age the rear sight gets harder to see so if I were to purchase another one I would just buy the straight ghost ring sights. All and all I’m very satisfied with the outcome and the craftsmanship of this sight appears to be excellent.

This loading gate is much lighter than the factory loading gate, but it is not flimsy by any stretch.. The gold color matches my RPP trigger and is a good look for my blued 336 Remlin in .30-30... Magazine follower has just been ordered. Wish my 1894 CST in .357 Magnum would show up at the dealer so I can get started on it!

Marlin 1894 44 MAG. Your company Love it. Wish i would have bought the extractor as well. I did not have a clue this thing was going to be as rough as it was. A lot of filing on the bolt and extractor. Polished all internal components. On this marlin the lever lock up it not designed for fast action cycling. A round and a half cut off the spring and then filed the claw down for light engagement. I actually have a better design for the lever lock up that would allow adjustable tension and smooth lockup transition. side bar. There is no synthetic stocks available so i took advantage of the wood and inlaid a 6 strip holder in the stock. would love to manufacture a blow molded synthetic stock with the holder inlay cut out on both sides for ambidextrous and maybe a cover plate for the unused side. The trigger is amazing. The 3 round holder i found to be well thought out and a perfect fit. The Magazine tube end cap adds the small detail most people are after when customising. I found the lever to be as good as any i have had in my hand. I like the attention to geometry when designing this lever. Bigger is not always better like in the outwest levers or full on rifleman. Compared to the stock marlin lever......well there is no comparison.......wouldn't even be fair to mention it. I am going to build a Marlin 357 next. I now have the confidence with this company and the product the sell that i am going to order every piece you offer on my next build.

P.S...There will always be a con to everything when being reviewed. The only con i have is that i didn't get any Ranger Point stickers. I like to put company product stickers on my tool boxes. Believe it or not its really good advertising. I have turned a lot of people on to various products and websites just by them asking about a sticker. Seriously that's the worst thing i have to say..

Straight forward, product description was accurate. Only change i would make would be a way to attach the front side of the quiver to a rail or make it a smidgen more rigid. Shell retention thus far has been spectacular, enough to hold them in under recoil and movement and "soft" enough to quickly pull a round when needed.

Ordered the silver hammer spur extension to match my new Henry All Weather in .357 mag and let me just say that the fit and finish is SUPERB!!! Great Job guys!!!

Little fitment issue with the finger plunger pin but was able to order a replacement loop quickly. Great knowledge of their product and great customer service.

My 1980 Marlin 30-30 had a twisted shoulder stock for years. I replaced it with a synthetic stock (much better). I wanted to install a large loop lever, but just wasn't impressed with what was available out there. Then I found the RPP Medium loop lever. Perfect fit, pleasing aesthetics, smooth action and totally easy drop in installation. No shims required on my install. Could not be happier.
