I ordered the Ranger Point Rhino rail scope base for my Marlin 444 after a lesser quality scope mount let me down. Ordering this base was so easy with great staff which possessed a wealth of knowledge on their product. Inside of three business days I received my Rhino scope base. This rail is beautiful! I couldn't wait to see what it looked like on my Marlin 444, so instead of dismounting the existing scope and rail I let it sit on my beloved Marlin 336 Cowboy .30-30 formerly swearing off to ever mount a scope on it. The Rhino base looks great, fits good, looks like it was grown on the action, and now has a place on my Cowboy! Thanks RPP!

People at Ranger Point were very helpful. Didn’t know which extractor I needed for my Marlin 1894 CST. Emailed them and within an hour got a reply with correct one I needed.

Parts: loading gate, trigger, extractor, hammer spur, magazine follower.

Got it in three days, easy to install, trigger pull before was 6-6.5 lbs, after installing the ranger trigger, 4.0, kinda has some creep before it breaks tho. Overall I’m happy with it.

Very fast shipping. I kept making changes, and Kimberly was very patient with me. When I received the products, unfortunately I had the barrel end cap hardware and not the barrel band hardware so contacted Kimberly and got it sent right back out. I'm honestly shocked how well the RPP stock fit, and very impressed at the tolerances (my background is manufacturing engineering and I know how hard that is). The 4 RPP components reduced my rifle from 7.2 lbs to 6 lbs exactly. And the recoil pad on the butt stock is far nicer than what I had on my Marlin factory stock.

Fast shipping, and great to work with as I had lots of questions and a few changes on my order. The stock and forearm look great, and I knew they'd be lighter than the factory stock, but it was still a surprise when I picked up the box to feel how light everything inside was. I really like the recoil pad on the RPP stock, much better than the hard butt pad that was on my Marlin 336W from the factory. I had this rifle rebored from 30-30 to 356W so the recoil pad will come in handy with the extra recoil due to the lighter stock. The buttstock is 11.5 ounces lighter than my wooden stock, and you can really tell the difference when holding one in each hand. And the quality of material is great. The forearm is 2 ounces lighter than my wooden one. The flyweight loading gate is 0.3oz lighter, and the flyweight magazine tube is 4.8oz lighter. All total I'm shaving ~1.2lbs off a rifle that weighed 7.2lbs previously, so after finishing the Duracoating of metal exterior parts am expecting to be near 6lbs +/- a couple ounces. Will post final photos and total weight when the project is finished. After quick test fitting the buttstock and forearm look like they'll fit without much effort, which is impressive. I'd post a photo of the test fit, but can't figure out how. Looks great. Can't wait to see final product when I'm done with the Duracoat work.

Only negative is the forearm barrel band hardware wasn't in the shipment so have requested that to be shipped so I can finish install. Considering I had a last minute swap out on my order, I can't really fault RPP for that as they had to stop shipment and swap out a part for me so imagine the part may have fallen out then.
