Very difficult to work with and tears extremely easily. Installation can be a complete mess if you are not careful. The sound proofing qualities are ok, probably not as good as the original. Not sure if it is truly hydrophobic but it didnt seem to want to absorb liquids. Customer service ignored emails for assistance.

Driving my Audi Avant is a special experience now that it has had the complete Second Skin treatment. I say special because it is super quiet and completely dead. While driving I am seeing the exterior world but I'm not hearing it like I usually do in any other car. All I'm hearing is the sound from the Stereo Integrity speakers. No road noise, no sounds from other cars. After driving on the interstate at 70 mph and then coming to a stop I laughed because when I turned down the volume of the radio I only lowered it by one click. That's how quiet the car is at highway speeds.

Your products have allowed my speakers to shine. Zero resonances or vibrations in the doors, panels, etc. Just sound. I don't have to worry about "oh, this song makes my doors buzz" anymore. Everything is completely dead.

The feeling of solidity carries on when you open or shut a door. The weight and tightness is felt by everyone who opens or closes the doors. When we give demos everyone comments "man those doors are solid" after they get in. And everyone is freaked out by how quiet the car is after a few seconds of sitting in it. The outside world gets muted the second the doors are shut.

Thank you for being such a vital part of our build. Sure I've got our IB-24 in the hatch able to play down to 8 Hz with ease but the car wouldn't sound so pure and clean if your products were not a part of it.

I put a heating gun to one side and I barely felt any heat going through the material. Great product.

Works great to cover and seal large areas. Made my door sound a bit more lux instead of rattily when I close it.

Softest shirt ever.

Spectrum is the best undercoating and sound deadening. Applied on the underside of fiberglass, it also fills the pattern of the fiberglass. This leads to a much more finished surface.
Combined with the thickening agent, the product becomes even more versatile. Seams, voids and gaps can be filled in, allowing for reduction in sound, vibration and any unwanted air leaks.
It's easy to apply, easy to clean up and dries quickly.

It made a huge difference when installed to the speaker sound quality. No vibration and rattling.

I love this stuff I put it everywhere in my truck and it does a great job for deadening sound. Will definitely buy again for my next restoration project !

Amazing product ! The pre done adhesive is a must and sticks great ! One thing though make sure you get the right thickness and that it will fit where your putting it, so there will be no fitment issues when installing the interior panels again. Great product !

Worked gft even though i could only have 2" from heat source wrkin grt. Super glue on bk. Be carefull, its really sticky(needs to be) make template, inatall slowly w/a plan. Easy to cut & flexable.

Very impressive product. I've installed 40 Sq ft in my F250 extended cab on the floor and back wall. Came up short. I'm gonna get more to finish the floor and doors. Product much easier to work with at room temperature. Quality looks and feels good. I have not listened to the difference yet. Hopefully, I can come back and update this review once the music is back.
