Great material with consistent density, thickness, and quality! Worked extremely well in the doors of the WRX and was cut easily with a razor blade or some hefty jobsite scissors. It definitely helped isolate the traffic and reflected road noise in the cabin - and I have plenty left over for the trunk, wheel wells, and firewall!

Damplifier mats are the way to go! Easy to work with and sticks to a prepped surface extremely well. You do not have to worry about this stuff coming off in the future. I covered the outer shell with about 75% coverage. I paired Damplifier with Luxury Liner and it brought the whole door treatment together. Took a base trim Toyota Tundra to a whole other level. Feels like you are driving a high end vehicle. Second Skin For The Win!

A sound-deadening project that turned into a stereo upgrade on a 2004 ram 2500 with a Cummins. I used 80 sq feet of Damplifier Pro to cover the floor, back wall, roof, firewall, and outer skins of the doors at 95% and the inner door skins at 60%. Then 54 sq feet of Luxury Liner Pro to cover the floor, back wall, and firewall.. and WOW what a difference. With the 5 inch exhaust and large lugged tires, we never talked while driving it. Now if you want to hear the diesel you roll down the windows. If you want music or to talk roll them up and feel like your driving a Prius...well almost😳

“B-stock”? What does that really mean? The luxury liner pro I ordered didn’t look like an B-stock I’ve ever seen. This stuff is the best. Just finished my trunk in DampliferPro and Luxury Liner Pro. All went in smooth as silk and looks great. Thanks folks! Now to move onto the rest of the floor in time.

Installation was very easy. No smell at all. Sound reduction is great. The roof went from sounding exactly like an empty can to a wood door. Thanks for the great American made product.

Best product in the compeditive market.

Used this to adhere MLV to door inner panel surface. Works better than double sided tape for wavy surfaces. I cut the tape down the middle to make a narrower "string". This width did a great job.

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Power Wagon a couple years ago. Low milage, garaged for much of her former life, I love the thing. My wife, to say the least, is slow to be enamored. The truck was too loud for her. I replaced the exhaust with a minor amount of improvement. After yet another spirited conversation regarding my second love I made mention that she'd never drive as quiet as a luxury car. But that got me thinking. Thinking leads to research. And, as many of us know, research often leads to spending money. I spent mine wisely. I picked up the Damplifier Pro and Luxury Liner Pro products. The job is a big one so do it right. Seats, carpet, factory insulation, etc., all comes out. The Damplifier panels lay in well and meld nicely to the vehicle's contours. The adhesive takes hold and won't let go. Cutting and splicing the Luxury Liner Pro insulation layer too, takes time. I Gorilla Glued the seams and taped top and bottom with quality aluminum tape. The factory insulation then fit, but barely, over top and under the factory carpet. Bolting in the seats and restraints, etc, sucked the whole thing down and together. We just returned from a 1500 mile road trip, pulling a camper from Montana through Idaho and about Utah's south desert country. The difference is stunning. In my wife's defense, lower-gear lugs up and over mountain passes, towing the camper used to be ear numbing. This trip we talked, listen to music and pod casts, regardless of topography. Incredible. And I still have not done the doors. I covered the floor boards, up the driver's and front passenger sides as far as I could under the factory insulation that would be difficult to remove from the inside firewall. I covered the rear cab wall the the windows as well. So, so worth the time and money well spent. This is a top-shelf improvement to make to any old automotive love. I'll keep you all posted when I get to the doors. Excellent product! I cannot imagine a better one for this application.

I put second skin in my 04 Cummins and the difference is night and day. Before you couldn’t hold a conversation in the cab, now it’s quiet as our new Colorado inside. Amazing the difference with installing second skin.

I haven't actually driven the vehicle yet with this product, so I can't speak to the thermal protection. I can say that the product was forgiving and easy to work with. I brushed it on because of a tight area with limitations for spraying. I used this on the transmission tunnel, exterior, of a VW Bus / Van. I did three coats, tried to do 1mm each. Looks nice and I would use it again.

The tape worked great to install the luxury liner pro. It Held the product In place and is still holding on vertical surfaces.

Amazing products and fast shipping! I purchased this sample set for a pair of Pioneer SE-L40 headphones that were in poor shape. I used Damplifier Pro in the cups for tuning since the headphones have a pretty anemic bass. I tried a few different materials, but ultimately the Second Skin provided the most noticeable difference in sound while adding very little weight. An unexpected use came in the form of using a few strips to hold the wooden earpad adapters in place. They provide an amazing seal and a surprisingly strong adhesive. Definitely a steal for the quality material, and I'll be purchasing more in the future for my audio projects.
