Damplifier Pro™ Sound Deadening Mat
I am upgrading the fuel system for a motor I hope will one day be in the 500-600 hp area. I am also planning a large stereo that will be directly above this and rattles drive me crazy.

Vehicle Soundproofing Packages
As always this was a great experience. Every time I have a customer looking for deadening products I will not give them a choice on products for my and their benefit. I will only use American Made quality products that are proven time and time again. Every Product they sell works as advertised and is easy to work with. From someone who has done many deadening projects I have experienced many products that install nice the first day but fail on the first hot / cold day and the customer is angry (for obvious reasons). I can also voice my frustrations of products when they are not easy to work with, even if they do work well once installed. Both of these are important parts of the final outcome and for a product to be easy to work with and extremely effective and reliable... it's a no brainer. I will be a second skin customer for life. Thank you Eric and Ken for always helping me get the products I need when I need them and providing the best products in the industry for my customers.

Spectrum™ Sound Deadening Spray Kits
Ordered the 2 gallon kit and spray gun along with all the extras in a bundle. Box arrived fast and well packed, got it in 3 days. Wish I had taken pictures but it was my first time using a liquid paint gun, so I was nervous. The wire tape and self stick plastic protection sheet worked great. Spectrum was easy to spray onto my wheel wells, I covered them with 4 coats and cleaned my gun with water in between coats. I was surprised how easy it was to clean up the Spectrum with water, especially after seeing how hard it got after an hour of cure time. It bonded to my wheel wells great. The amount of tire noise coming in from my off road tires has been cut down immensely. Well worth the time and money I spent. Great product guys.

Luxury Liner™ 1 lb MLV Roll - Mass Loaded Vinyl
I was very excited to receive the half-roll of MLV I had ordered from Second Skin. I had already bought B-Stock damplifier twice before and was very confident with the quality of their products. So far, I have covered the floor, the trunk and the front doors with damplifier, and the floor with MLV. The sound of my music seems much louder now and the road noise is lowered. The rattles caused by the subwoofer are now gone. Would buy and recommend!

OverKill Pro™ - 3/8" Closed Cell Foam
Putting the Damplifier Pro and the Closed Cell Foam on all the panels definitely did help a lot with the road noise and wind noise. I also put a layer of mass loaded vinyl on the floor pan to help cut down on any further road noise. I would've put the MLV throughout the whole car but it was quite heavy so if you're thinking about using it in your car, think twice about where you put it. But overall, all 3 products combined made a massive improvement in the ambient noise of the cabin. It also made my stock stereo sound better so that was a nice bonus. I also dropped the speaker box for the back speakers and stuffed it with polyfill to help the back speakers sound better. Sorry there aren't more after photos but I got too excited to put my car back together and do a test drive that it just slipped my mind to take more photos.

Luxury Liner Pro™ MLV + Foam Auto Sound Barrier Sheets
I lined the entire floor of my car with the MLV Pro, and it has significantly reduced the amount of noise coming from the footwells. I will most certainly be purchasing more to remove the other sources of road noise. I was also lucky to find my extra Damplifier Pro from a previous project and made good use of it as well. Would highly recommend both products.

Luxury Liner Pro™ MLV + Foam Auto Sound Barrier Sheets
I needed to get rid of some road noise & airborne noise in the front seat. I had already covered the entire car with second skin butyl deadener. I ordered two sheets of luxury liner pro (LLP) bundled with one can of second skin spray adhesion. I only planned on covering the two front footwells. It was my first time using luxury liner pro, it was bigger and heavier than I thought. When I started working with it, it was easy to cut and installed very good with second skin spray adhesion. I only needed one sheet of LLP to cover my two front footwells. I definitely noticed the difference the first time I turned the bass up. The road & engine noise was quieter & the music was more clear. I’m glad I chose second skin luxury liner pro. I will be using more LLP & second skin spray adhesion.

Luxury Liner Pro™ MLV + Foam Auto Sound Barrier Sheets
I went slow and steady as this was the first time I've installed any kind of sound damping and the experience was great! I expect it to be much more difficult a task, the Damplifier Pro was easy to cut with a utility knife as was the overkill pro and Luxury Liner Pro I did have to mod a little bit of trim because of how thick the three combined are but it looks awesome, sounds so much better and as an added bonus my rear window does not flex nearly as much as it did. when I have the money I'm doing the doors and maybe the roof. To anyone who's looking at the b-stock Damplifier just buy it it's worth the money spent

Damplifier Pro™ Sound Deadening Mat
its an awesome product. Made a huge difference. its funny you don't notice how bad your speakers sound untill you do one door and compare to the other stock door. i opted to keep the factory speakers just wanted to some better midbass and midrange. Just changing the radio and deadening the door changes the dynamics of the system. And i went with b stock stuff. i figured what did matter if it had imperfections no one will see behind the door panel and I saved some money.

Mega Block ™ - Hydrophobic Foam Heat Shield
I really needed something to protect my hood and engine from the California heat. With only one sheet of megablock and some damplifier pro b-stock, I could insulate the hood of my car. The sticky back on the megablock made the install way faster. I’ve seen videos where Steve Meade and Eric (from second skin) install heat protection on the hoods of their cars. So I kind of had an idea what I was getting into. Second Skin also informed me to tape off the edges of the megablock with aluminum tape to protect the edges and corners of the megablock. I am very happy with the products from second skin. I am very happy with the customer service from second skin. I’ll be coming back and telling all of my friends about second skin car audio insulation. Thank you everyone at second skin!!

Luxury Liner Pro™ MLV + Foam Auto Sound Barrier Sheets
I am a first time car builder, doing a high end build on a Superlite GT-R. The build forums I subscribe to suggested Second Skin Audio products, and I have used them exclusively for all of the sound control aspects of this build, from Spectrum being applied to the inside of all fiberglass body panels, to Damplifier Pro on all interior and firewall surfaces, to Luxury Liner Pro surrounding all interior surfaces. Excellent products, consistent quality, easy to use. Everyone said you were "THE BEST." I agree.
