This is the second CSF-3 I've purchased.
The first has performed great, and when I needed a second auto-feeder for a second cat, I decided to get the same model.
When I set out a bowl of food, my cat was gorging and throwing up. Now he gets a little food every few hours. He still throws up occasionally (he's a cat!), but at least now it's not messy piles of wasted food.
This is a great product, and I'm glad to support American jobs.

Easy to use and program

This was a welcomed addition to a thrift market find. I love the Super Feeder system. And so do my 2 hungry cats!

Every morning as soon as we get up, our cat start yelling like a siren. Now with Super feeders, peace and quiet! Why did I choose Super Feeder because my cat can not get food from it when she wants. I used a different automatic feeders, she could easily open them or take out the food with her paw. My husband and I love Super Feeders, smart design, awesome engineer job and what I love the most, I can adjust feeder as I want!

Had what I thought was a very custom application and was pleased to see others had already done exactly what I was thinking!

We were looking for some new timers for our equipment, i came across this website and found the timers that i was looking for. called gerard and we spoke at length about these timers and i was looking for in the timers that i was replacing, he was extreamly helpful and help this process quite a bit.

I have had the super feeder for at least 5 years. This is a very reliable product. Superb quality. The technical assistance is excellent. All questions answered and replacement parts readily available and shipped right away. I would recommend this product.

Impressed with the quality of the units

We needed something in the nighttime for our cats ,specially during our sleep time.Our furry friends would often wake us up wanting a snack , now it is taken care of thanks to your super feeder.I made my own twin downspouts so each cat had a little space of his own to eat.Hooked the unit up to a simple outlet timer. This works great!

I spent a long time trying to find a feeder that would output only a few grams of dry cat food, because I monitor my cats' weights very closely. But the ones I found were all minimum 1/8 cups of food per serving, and that's way too much. Then I found Superfeeder, and I saw that I could customize my portions to exactly what I wanted. Oh my gosh!

I have had nothing but a great experience. I had a personalized email sent to me with all the information I needed to set up my feeder, and it's been smooth sailing since. The cats have now learned the sound of the feeder and it dispenses exactly the amount I want it to. I love it. It also gives me the peace of mind to leave for weekends knowing my girls are going to have the food when I want them to and however much I want them to have.

I purchased 2 super feeders in August of 2017 to use for a trip out of town for two weeks and intended to remove them upon our return. Only having received them a few days before leaving, I was concerned about the long-term use due to not having the opportunity to monitor them prior to leaving for any faults. There was also not much write-up on these units being set up with an Apex unit or on a larger system. As it turns out, I have decided to keep the two feeders connected to my 360 gallon display mixed-reef tank permanently, and they have been working flawlessly being controlled by my Apex. I will be adding one or two more to replace my two AFS which are much smaller and require re-filling much more often on this size system.

I currently use both Super feeders with flake food, but will be using for sinking in multiple sizes, as well.

The only reason for the point deduction is due to the noise of the feeders, which I am no engineer, so I am not certain that this can be overcome, but they are pretty loud. They are in the living room, and it is very prominent. Other than this, and it is only my personal preference, not really a problem, is it would be nice if the plug-in could be set on either side so that it can be set up cleanly regardless of which side the unit needs to be facing/set-up. Other than this, they have been functioning flawlessly.

I also appreciate that there are many parts and pieces that can be ordered separately to allow expansion and repair of these units which will most certainly extend the usable life of these units.

I paid full price for these units after much research and ordered/received both units and extra parts packaged well and in a timely fashion.

I needed to find a feeder for my cats that I could use remotely with my cell phone. The super feeder was the only product that would let me customize what I needed. I called to ask some questions, left an email and got a call that day and the help was excellent. They really helped me understand exactly how everything would work and even had some great suggestions.

We now have three feeders. Each cat gets its own. We bought them because the cats would carry on to be fed starting an hour before mealtime and it was driving us crazy. I realized that we could get them to stop meowing at us if they stopped associating us with food. Thus, we got some feeders and it has been great. They now associate being fed with the feeders and being pet with their owners (as it should be).

Absolutely love out Super Feeder ! I feel with a peace of mind when I travel out of state knowing that my cat is being fed. The feeder is easily programmable. We have it set to feed our cat 4 times in 24 hours. I watch the videos on how to adjust the food time, which were very helpful since I am more of a visual learner. The cat patiently sits by it when it gets close to his feeding time. We definitely recommend this feeder!

We have had our Super Feeders for several years now. They are by far the best feeders on the market. Occasionally we have needed to replace a part and have had fabulous service from this company. The feeders allow us to leave home and know the cats will have fresh food while we are gone.

I purchased the Super Feeder to use as an automated cat feeder during a period of time that I wouldn't be able to attend to my cat as frequently as needed.
I picked it because of it's simplicity and the reviews saying that it rarely, if ever, jammed.
It's been running ever since, and only began to jam when the humidity changed.

My only complaint is that it didn't have exterior jumpers for the feed test switch.
That was easily remedied by opening the unit and tracing the circuit. Now my Super Feeder is run on a timer with an external feed button.

Our Super Feeder is AWESOME!!! We have two kitties. Being able to have the flexibility to leave the house and not worry about them missing a meal is a total relief. On top of that we have been able to properly monitor both of their diets and keep them healthy. All of this dramatically improves our family's efficiency, and being an Active Military personnel stationed overseas, we need all the help we can get! Thanks Super Feeder!

Exceeds all my expectations! I can adjust my feeder to feed round kibbles more accurately than any other brands that I have tried! Purely awesome! Before receiving the feeder, I watched the youtube info/instructional video https://youtu.be/ijTivKTDob4 . It prepared me on what to expect and gave me that extra knowledge to setup precisely as I needed before I even had the feeder in my hands. It certainly isn't a cheap feeder, but it certainly isn't made cheap either! You get what you pay for most of the time (not always) but I certainly got what I paid for! The bowl is dishwasher safe and all the parts can be replaced if something should go bad. I don't recall any China feeder where you can just order a certain part individually and replace it! This feeder is also made in the USA! WOW! I didn't know that they actually make anything like this in the U.S. anymore? I noticed that the power adapter and timer is China made, but probably because you can't buy those here anyways and Super Feed doesn't make those. In the future, I will hook the feeder to my home automation system and feed fewer kibbles per cycle to my two cats 10 times a day or so...
I plan to buy the Koi model one day for my outdoor fish! I'll write a review for that when I do!
