Very great product. EXTREMELY hard to learn with not much instruction in manual. YouTube is helping slowly! Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Silhouette Heat Transfer Material - Glitter All Colors
I ordered multiple colors of glitter vinyl and I must say the Silver black and gold were stunning! However, sadly the copper glitter vinyl is actually just ORANGE glitter vinyl and I wont have any use for it for about 10 months until Halloween rolls back around! I wonder if I can return it.

The Ultimate Silhouette Guide E-Book by Silhouette School Studio V3
I think this instruction manual is very helpful in learning how to use my Silhouette Cameo. I'm glad I bought the paperback copy of it rather than the download. It's so much easier for me to have a book right in my hand rather than having to go back and forth while it's just on my screen from the PDF to my Silhouette Software, etc. Very happy with my purchase

Silhouette Curio Digital Crafting Machine with Heat Transfer Bundle
I am terribly disappointed with the customer service from Swing Design. I had ordered this product only to realize I had ordered the wrong item (should have ordered the cameo). I contacted Swing Design and asked them not to ship it and cancel as I was ordering the correct item; the cameo. I did order the correct item the very next day but Swing Design did not cancel my order and shipped it. I now must return the curio at my own expense.
I thought since they are a small business their customer service would be much more consumer friendly, WRONG! Due to their lack of customer service and the fact that I spend $$$ I will not being doing business with them and will NEVER refer another customer to them.

An excellent book. It is easy to read and follow. I have had a silhouette Cameo for years and I learned so much. Thanks Melissa for all your hard work. It has helped me use my machine more effectively.
