I really like the product. It was a bit tough to weed out, but I put that down to my novice status.

I have received the Silhouette book and got it in pristine condition. I have leafed through the book and am looking forward to delving into it more. It seems to be a well written book from what I have seen.

Holiday Sale Silhouette Cameo II Bundle with Four Starter Kits and More!
While I was so excited when I found your site. I just thought it was going to be a great vendor for me as I expand my businesses from just sublimation to include vinyl.
Ordering on November 30th with 5-7 days shipping. I received it yesterday (12/15). When I had online messaged via online site your rep tried to give the bs line that its standard to take this long and the 5-7 is just shipping. Most vendors these days have same day shipping however with the holidays its understandable that it be extended a day or maybe two. However if you run out of the item, which was the case in this instance customers should have been informed that they were back ordered IMMEDIATELY!!!! Not lie to them. HONESTY goes a long way.
