Silhouette Mint Stamp Sheet Set 15 mm x 30 mm
Horrible business to deal with. They forgot to ship my order until I called a week later to ask what was going on. Then they proceeded to lie to me because they didn't want to admit they screwed up, plus they shipped it the slowest possible way and charged way more for shipping. Took over 2 weeks to receive my order. Would NEVER buy from again.

Silhouette Deep-Cut Blade
I'm not sure. The envelope they shipped my order in was not sealed and most of the items fell out before it even arrived. I have ordered three times from Swing Design and up till this order I always remarked how thoughtfully packed it was. Can't really give a review on a product I didn't receive. Allison was nice and said she would get replacements out but I haven't heard another word or received anything.

Silhouette Cameo Mini (Portrait) Cutting Tool with Vinyl Starter Kit Bundle
This machine is incredibly difficult to use. I consider myself to be an intelligent person and the program is not user friendly. I have yet to successfully cut a stencil which was the purpose of purchasing this unit. Kind of disappointed so far

Silhouette Curio 8.5" x 6" Cutting Mat
Your packaging is bad. You shipped a flexible plastic product in Bubble Wrap? The heat has warped the mat.The post office bent the package to fit into my rural mailbox. My biggest complaint about the Curio is the plastic clips. I doubt I can get this to stay in my machine. I should return it.

Silhouette Heat Transfer - Flocked All Colors
I love doing business with you guys. Your prices are great, but I wish you didn't have to place a $250 order to get the wholesale discount. I am a small business trying to get started and I can't order that right at once. However, I love the fact that the orders are shipped soon after I order and arrive in excellent condition! Thanks Swing Designs! I will not go anywhere else with my business!
