Silhouette Mint Stamp Kit 30 mm x 60 mm
I got Silhouette Mint from swing design.com and all is well, it is working nicely. I also bought the Silhouette Curio from you and have yet to be able to get it running...many hours of trying to get it working, several hours on hold with customer support with no luck, and several emails and downloads of supposed fixes for this problem (failure of the Silhouette Studio software to recognize the Curio). All the while my previous Cameo unit is working fine, as is the Mint...I think it is a defective Curio unit. But right now I'm dead in the water with no joy. Hoping I can get a replacement unit if I persist long enough...Sigh.

Silhouette Curio 5" x 7" Metal Stippling Sheets
I finally. After 17 days of waiting received these extremely thin, fragile sheets of foil. I absolutely feel ripped off. I haven't opened these yet because they mailed these with the stipple tool (both of which had fallen out of a previous unsealed envelope) in yet another unsealed envelope. At least this time they arrived but placing these sheets in an envelope with a rigid piece of plastic is going to result in one thing: creases. Ugh. Out of four orders from Swing the last two have been less than impressive. The first two orders were better than expected then this. I have one more package in transit. . Likely my last.

Silhouette Studio to Designer Edition PLUS Upgrade - Instant Code
I purchased my Cameo and a software upgrade. Both were great! All in all I was totally satusfied with my experience. The only issue I experienced was tracking the shipment of my Cameo.I had to contact UPS on my own to clwar up the problem and continue to get the status updates from them. Including the expected delivery date.
