5 Project Starter Guide by Silhouette School
I really have enjoyed the starter book by Melissa. I have also purchased the guidebook but haven’t had the opportunity to print it out as of yet.

I received my purchase from you as instructed with no differculty. I am needing to know some information about my recent purchase. I'm receiving a new Silhouette machine this week and am having to remove my old software from my computer to install my new software. I don't want to loose my Designer Edition I just purchased from you. Is it possible to reuse my old number to reinstall it to my new software? If not what are my opinions? Please let me know soon, my new machine will be in this week. Thank you for assistance with this issue. Michelle Dixon

Elle Lacquer Frame Navy Blue 4x6
The first frame was not satisfactory, the white edge was feathered with navy where the colour had bled through and there were several scuff marks on the white edge where the navy colour showed through. I called customer service and a second frame was despatched immediately - super customer service. The second frame was much better than the first with no feathering but still had a slight indication of scuff marks. This did not happen with the turquoise or orange frames I had also ordered which I am very pleased with so it may just be the intense (beautiful) navy blue that was the problem. Great customer service, lovely products and they did their best to ensure I was given the opportunity to receive a replacement frame.

Silhouette Faux Leather Paper - Natural
I have not used the faux leather paper as of yet...but I am using it to cover wooden picture frames and cardboard picture frames...it looks like it will cut easily and there is a large page size so it is quite the bargain. The faux leather looks so realistic that my projects will present beautifully. I am very pleased with ALL the swing product I have purchased and will be using them for many of my crafting needs...

Silhouette Mint Custom Stamp Making Machine Bundle with Inks, Blocks, Extra Stamp Sheets, and More!
While I give Swing Design 5 stars for shipping so fast and great service, I’m still undecided on the Mint. I loved the idea of making my own stamps, so I couldn’t wait to get one. But when I made a stamp for my daughter to use in her classroom it hit me that the ink needs to be refilled every so often and it requires Silhouette refills. Not an item you can make and sell easily. Hopefully Silhouette won’t overprice their refills, but I know that Swing Design offers bundles and with a coupon I can get a great deal.

Silhouette Mint Stamp Sheet Set 15 mm x 60 mm
I didn't jump on the Silhouette Mint bandwagon right away, wanted to wait until the price was reasonable. When I found a good price and ordered the Mint, I ended up loving it, so went looking for more ink and stamps. I found Swing Design on Amazon and bought the big set of all the stamps, then went to the Swing Design website and ordered ink and more stamps. I will be going back for additional ink colors once they are released. The prices are excellent and shipping was super fast, a great experience!
