Received item before expected delivery date and was very happy with my purchase

Beautiful!

Finally at home!!! Very glad, eveything is as ordered! thanks!

I was disappointed in the quantity and colors.

Very unhappy i have to wait till november. i knew i was cutting it close for october but now november? i wont be able to set up in time for the holiday crafts to sell as a vendor.

Paid 20 extra dollars for 2nd day air and my item arrived 10 days later. Then when it came in I could t even use it be the item was so beat up and the backing was peeling away from the glitte vinyl. Will never buy from here again!

Swing Design company was AMAZING! Great support, best prices, and super fast shipping!

Order didn't come complete , there was a item ( sketch pen starter kit ) missing

I can not write a review at this time as I have not received the items I ordered.

Quick shipment, thx!

I received this kit today as ordered From Swing Design and I must say that the machine is quality and was presented in a very attractive package. Swing Design went out of their way to ship the Curio inside its retail box inside a shipping box INSIDE another larger shipping box that accommodated the bundle. Top shelf all the way. Not only was delivery a day early, but UPS was super early getting here. And just in time as I got off work a bit early and was worried I would not find anything to occupy my mind. It was as if all the stars had aligned.
Let me say that as much as I like the machine with the limited amount of time I have spent with it, I am more than interested in sharing the service I received from Will at Swing Design and the care they took as well as the customer service that Bonnie at Silhouette provided today. I had one very minor technical problem that she handled quickly and efficiently. I called in and was facing a long hold time but they offered to have someone call me back and she did so in less than 30 minutes and provided beyond expectations service.
I hope that I can use the Curio more and give more insight into the and maybe even share some of my work on the Facebook group Will and team have put together.
Dreaming it up in KY.

Quick delivery. Best price. Will purchase again.
