Silhouette Curio Bundle with Large Base, Etching, Sketching, Emboss
I have not received my product yet. Apparently I will not get it until October. I'm not certain why the delay and I'm not certain how I'm supposed to rate something I haven't received yet.

Silhouette Curio Digital Crafting Machine with Sketching and Embossing Bundle - $291.99 Value
Love, love, love the new Silhouette Curio machine bundle I received from Swing Design. This is my first Silhouette machine so there was a bit of a learning curve but it's wonderful! If I can dream it, I can make it! Thank you for the 3-day shipping Swing Design and the prompt answer to my email to customer service. Additional items I ordered won't be available for a month but they sent the machine they had in stock ahead of the rest of the order. I also received sketch pens rather than the felt pens due to quality concerns from buyer reviews. I got a free upgrade to a better product. Thank you Swing Design!

Silhouette Curio Digital Crafting Machine with Metal Etching, Embossing, Stippling Bundle
Love the price, bundle, discount, but there was no note or warning about the item not being shipped out right away. Two weeks later I sent an email to the company, but I shouldn't have had to contact them at all had they informed me of the delay in the first place. Part of my order just shipped (about 3 weeks after purchase), but a second half still isn't available for shipping. I would've been okay with all of it, had it been told to me up front. Frustrating experience.

Silhouette Curio Digital Crafting Machine with Sketching and Embossing Bundle - $291.99 Value
I'm actually sending the product back, I am very unhappy with the machine. I haven't even taken most of the items out of the wrapper, the machine and basic usage is not user friendly at all. There is a huge learning curve to this machine that is not explained during most reviews.
