Silhouette Curio Digital Crafting Machine with Heat Transfer Bundle
I have nothing but praise for this company. The customer care is second to none.i ordered a silhouette curio die cutting machine. I don't live in America but my husband was in the states on business so I thought it would be a good opportunity to obtain this machine. I had great help and guidance from Grady Daniel and William Haley from before I ordered right up to delivery. Never known such good customer service. Thanks again guys. Kay Carroll.

Silhouette $25 Design Store Gift Card
I am NOT happy. I wrote in saying I bought the Download Card in error and wanted the Designer Edition instead. I was not given a refund so I just decided to use the download card and it only shows me as having a $10 balance now and not $25, which is what I paid for. This is unacceptable and bad business. I will NOT be recommending this company to others.

Silhouette Cameo Standard Cutting Mat 12" x 24"
It seems like it took quite a bit of time to receive my order. There was no was to track the item. When I received it, it was folded up and crammed in an envelope. I'm not sure I will be able to use it since it has permanent creases in it. It probably should have been roll and placed in a tube.
