Silhouette White Cameo 4 w/ Updated Autoblade, 3x Speed, Roll Feeder
First time ordering. Their website was easy to follow and check out was easy. Prices comparable it less than other places. Order arrived in 6 days. Second order arrived in 4. I was missing a mat, and within an hour the mat had been mailed out. Phenomenal customer service, and I will continue to shop with them.

Silhouette Blush Pink Cameo 4 w/ Advanced Blade Pack, 38 Oracal Sheets, HTV
I am new to cameo and I'm so glad that I bought one of the Cameo bundles. It had everything that I needed to get started. The reason that I purchased my Cameo from here is because I previously purchased my uninet icolor 560 from here and was satisfied with that order as well. I called Customer Service in regards to a heat press and the young man that I spoke with was so nice and helpful. Now I always try to shop with them for my crafting needs.

As of today, the order was received as promised. Communication regarding tracking of the order was great. Embarrassed to say the nice box is yet to be opened. Happy 2022.

Swing Design 15" x 15" PRO Slide Out Heat Press - Turquoise
I recently changed from a swing press to a clam press. This heat press is easy to use, allows a ton of space to prep your item and presses the items beautifully!

Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" Heat Press Bundle w/ 8-in-1 Heat Press
I love my new stuff! I ordered right before Christmas and the delivery showed it would get to me between Dec 30th and Jan 3rd. I received all my stuff on December 24th. I was so excited because that is my birthday. The set up was very easy. The construction of the 8 in 1 is very well made! I have already made a few things and enjoyed learning about it! I will continue to order all my extras and vinyl from SwingDesign!

Swing Design 15" x 15" Swing Away 8-in-1 Heat Press - Pink
The Heat press arrived very fast and so far I have only used the mug press. I would have given 5 stars but the lower platen cushion on the main press is loose and not secure. I will have to glue it in place.
Update-Swing design reached out to me and stated the rubber mat should be loose to allow for changing it later. I changed my star status to 5.
This is the 3rd heat press I have bought over the years and never had one come that way, so I thought it was a defect, but not the case.

Hi Sue, the Silicon Rubber Base Mat is designed to be removed in case it needs to be replaced over time. It is okay to secure it down, we just recommend using an adhesive you can easily remove at a later date if needed.
