Silhouette Cameo 4 PRO - 24" w/ Advanced Blade Pack, 38 Sheets Vinyl, HTV, Pens
I had ordered this in September however it was not received until December due to being caught up in the port. The machine came in perfect condition - no damage even to the box. I have cut a few items and I like the length of the machine so that I have a choice in what I want to do in the future in cutting. The amount of stuff included seemed like a bargain. The communication between Swing Design and the customer was subpar though as I had to reach out constantly wanting a status on my order since it took around 3 months for delivery which was frustrating since I was not aware of that from the start.

Hi Joanna, sorry for the long wait with the pre order!! Silhouette America experienced a very large delay with parts and also delivery of the Pro. Updates regarding the delivery time were not great from the manufacturer, I am sorry for this. Glad you received the Pro and are now getting a chance to enjoy it. If you have any issues please let us know. Best, Will - owner

Silhouette Studio to Business Edition Upgrade - Instant Code
Arrived in my email fast and I upgraded in minutes, a magical experience :). I found Swing Design by trying to find the cheapest place to buy the upgrade and plan to be a repeat shopper now. The license was significantly cheaper than buying the upgrade from Silhouette AND the purchase included extras. And personal bonus I was super happy to support a business besides the bigs. Thank you!

Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer & Ink Bundle
I didn't want to wait a couple weeks to get into the Sawgrass Onboarding schedule, but I was able to set my printer up myself and used it to make lots of Christmas presents with no problems. I love that I don't need to figure out ICC profiles or mess with colors at all!

Swing Design 15" x 15" Swing Away 8-in-1 Heat Press - Turquoise
I'm giving this a 4 star for their customer service side only. Shipping was fast, customer service response over a holiday weekend was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. Sadly I think we just got unlucky and received a bad item, and will be returning it. The return process was smooth, they tried to work with us to make it work, and then just accepted the return for refund. I wish I had good things to say about the press itself, but it wasn't working for us.
