Silhouette White Cameo 4 PLUS - 15" w/ Autoblade, Mat, Roll Feeder
I have been searching for the Cameo Plus for months. I hadn't been able to find it anywhere. Luckily your site offers customers the ability to be notified when it came into stock. I was so happy and surprised when I got the notice that the machine was in stock. I only wish that Silhouette had the desire to provide customer service as you have done. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! My husband thanks you too because this was my Christmas present from him. It arrived in plenty of time to be under the Christmas tree!!!

Swing Design 15" x 15" Swing Away 8-in-1 Heat Press - Turquoise
This product is exactly as described and works very well. Customer service is great in that a knob in the back of the machine had broken during shipping, and the company sent me a new one quickly after the issue was reported. Great experience with this company and their products so far!

StarCraft Solo 16" Vinyl Cutter Bundle with 38 Vinyl Sheets, Siser HTV, Tools
I absolutely love how fast and easy it was to place and receive my StarCraft Solo machine.
I’m still in the getting things set up and running phase, but I can’t wait to go full force with it.
Thank you Swing Design 😁

Graphtec CE7000-60 PLUS - 24" Professional Bundle, BONUS Software & Warranty
So glad I purchased this through Swing Design as I cannot say enough about the excellent service and very quick delivery. The only thing that would make this a better experience if it the included instructions from Graphtec were a little clearer (the website published in their manual is not their English website so I had to go looking for that). As a MacBook Pro user, I do not have a CD Rom on my computer, so if the CD included in the bundle was available as a file that could be sent or downloaded with Dropbox, Google Drive, etc that would be fantastic. The cutter itself is great and a huge step up from my craft cutter. While I was concerned about the learning curve, it has been an incredibly easy transition since I already design in Adobe Illustrator and there is a plugin that allows me to cut directly from there.

Swing Design 15" x 15" PRO Slide Out Heat Press - Turquoise
I have only used it a few time so far but I am happy with my purchase! I had a much smaller press before so it is taking a little getting used to with such a large press! The slide out is great!! Shipping arrived earlier than expected and the only thing that really isn’t even important was, my excitement and impatience waiting for the tracking on the shipping! That part seemed to take forever but like I said not a real issue! Lol
