We've had it for a few weeks and still not Abel to print. This is not a friendly device and for the amount sent you would think the software would have some walk through.

I'll start by saying the heat press seems very sturdy. However, upon receiving it the smell was very unbearable and took a couple days to go away. The bottom plate was also heavily scratched up. The temperature doesn't reach the correct temperature ( ex: i set it to 380, it stops at 378, i set it to 378 it stops at 376) and it always drops 5-10 degrees when pressing. I reached out to them and was told it was a discretionary return and would have to pay my own postage. I decided to keep the machine because it was expensive to send back. I originally purchased this press because people mentioned how great customer service was but that was not my experience.
