REFURBISHED Sawgrass UHD Virtuoso SG500 Sublimation Printer & Ink Bundle
I’m very pleased with my sg500. Purchased a reconditioned one that had never been used. Works as expected. Setting up was tedious due to poor documentation. I bought extended warranty but decided to void it due to outrageous cost of Sawgrass inks. Overall am happy with purchase.

Not tacky enough. When die cut. The edges curl up away from the wall. Tried on several different surfaces. Same result.

I have been using Prosub sublimation paper for a few months now and I have had great results. The colors have been great and the ink transfers really well.

Siser Juliet 12" Vinyl Cutter Base Machine Bundle
Purchased this for my small business for planner stickers. Will be selling it, since I can't return it. Simply a waste of $500. I have recalibrated this machine several times and my print setting are on normal (did everything tech support suggested) and it still wants to cut my designs too far to the upper left. Can't sell any of the designs I cut with this machine. For someone who is cutting vinyl it would be fine, but not good for print and cut jobs if you want accurate cuts. The design software needs a lot of work also.

Total waste of money. If you have no experience in using a machine like this do not buy! The “master class” on how to set it up does not go over half the things you need to know. The tech support is awful. My machine has never printed white from day 1. Better off buying transfers for your business than buying this machine.

Epson SureColor PRO F570 24" Sublimation Printer w/ 15" x 15" 8-in-1 Heat Press
I appreciate being able to purchase everything in a package, however, the Epson printer does not print the colors that you see on your screen. I’ve called EPSON and they cannot give me any help. Be aware of this issue when buying.

So far printer is working great. The only thing I had an issue was that I was missing the $100 cards for So Fontsy. I emailed but never received a response. I'm not able to call during their business hours because I'm at work.

Hi Billie, sorry about the issue with the cards. I just checked with our support team and looks like they have emailed over $500 in So Fontsy codes. If we can help further just respond to the email or message support@swingdesign.com Best, Will - owner
